Happy new month loves!!

I hope everyone is as excited as I am because , February!!!! It’s the month of hearts and flowers , and anything in those lines tickle my fancy.

Growth is an important aspect in our lives. We learn from our experiences and grow from them. Birthdays are just another form of showing growth because they represent an extra step in your life, an extra year, a newer and brighter candle starting to burn.

On January 14th, my best friend clocked twenty, and we decided to celebrate it because of that new chapter in her life. I mean? Walking out of your teenage years with a glass of wine and your home girl isn’t so shabby.

There is so much growth in this because once you enter your twenties, your halfway through forty and that calls for a glass of wine. Your twenties should be the time you build yourself, discover who you really are and what you want to be, But it’s also the prime time to indulge in the world.

This is the time you have literally become of age. Scratch 18. 20 is  Coming of age, and trying to fit into the societal image of responsible adult hood. MANAGE. LEARN. & GROW.

We celebrated this glorious day at Mambo Italia , looking back at all the memories from high school, planning on and a couple tears of joy & excitement.

My girl Carole went for a fitted suede skirt that was hugging her in all the right areas, paired this sheer crop top as her accent piece and topped it all off with a pair of black sandal heels.

Y’all know how I love me some leg stardom, so I obviously cashed myself a midi-dress. Okay maybe not so midi , a little over mini I would think…

I’ve been getting in touch with mother nature of late, hence the jungle green. I love this dress from Zara, that my sister handed it down to me.

Because we had to twin , I also opted for these black sandal heels that I absolutely love & you are definitely going to see them so much over this Valentines month.

Speaking of, I can’t wait to share my Valentine’s lookbook series on the blog  and of course on my you tube channel. (peep my latest lookbook –

The rear of this dress really had me, so here’s another one just in case you didn’t peep that.

I hope you enjoyed this post, do stay tuned for more, but most importantly, stay safe!!

Happy new month loves!

Sincerely, Didi
